A common issue when using standard covers is the rapid wear of the fabric in areas where containers come into contact during transportation. Various solutions to this problem already exist on the market.

Our company has developed its own solution, which effectively eliminates this drawback. We are pleased to present a new modification of the hook system for installing an internal cover inside containers. This technology ensures secure fixation, extends the service life of the cover, and makes container handling more convenient and safe.

Our in-house production of hooks allows us to offer this solution at competitive prices. The transition to a hook-based system can be implemented gradually — standard covers can still be used on containers equipped with hooks.

Advantages of the technology

• Universal installation. Hooks can be easily installed on containers of various types and sizes without any structural modifications. Depending on the model and size, 4 to 6 hooks can be installed.
• Secure fixation. Hooks are mounted directly onto the container walls and remain fixed in place, ensuring stable fastening and eliminating the risk of slipping or deformation.
• Fast and convenient installation. A hook-mounted cover can be installed up to three times faster than a standard solution. There is no need to stretch the cover over the container walls — simply attach the loops to the hooks. Removal is also quick and easy, reducing maintenance time.
• Safe for industrial washing. The cover contains no rigid components, preventing damage to washing equipment or fastening elements during laundering.
• Durable fastening loops. Strong polyester loops are easy to attach, retain their shape, and withstand intensive daily use.
• Extended fabric life. The hook fastening system eliminates contact between the fabric and external container surfaces, preventing wear and tearing. All elements remain inside the container, which is especially important in confined spaces and during transportation.

Why this matters

Traditional covers wear out quickly due to constant friction against container walls, especially in tight working environments. The hook fastening system eliminates this contact, helping maintain the cover’s integrity, extending its lifespan, and improving operational efficiency for container handling.
