Compact solutions: The smallest models feature a base size of 670 × 470 mm with a height of 1,7 m. They are ideal for small elevators and narrow hotel corridors.
High-capacity solutions: For transporting large volumes of textiles, we offer laundry containers with dimensions up to 1200 × 530 mm and a height of 1,88 m.
The load capacity of our standard roll containers ranges from 250 to 300 kg, covering all requirements for transporting both wet and dry laundry.

All steel laundry trolley on wheels models undergo processing on modern production lines in the Czech Republic. We use galvanic zinc plating technology followed by an additional protective aqua lacquer coating.
The coating thickness ranges from 8 to 12 microns and includes blue passivation, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and an эстетичный appearance even after long-term use.

Each commercial laundry trolley on wheels in this category is equipped with a floating bottom mechanism (pantograph). The spring-loaded system automatically raises the bottom as laundry is unloaded and lowers it during loading.
This eliminates the need to bend down to the bottom of a deep laundry bag trolley, keeps textiles at a comfortable working height, significantly reduces back strain, and speeds up sorting processes.
The quality of a laundry trolley with wheels is defined by its wheel system. Alvla equipment is fitted with wheel assemblies from a proven German manufacturer, ensuring smooth movement and long service life.
Wheel diameters: Standard configurations include wheels with diameters of 100 mm and 125 mm. Reinforced 150 mm wheels are available on request for demanding operating conditions.
Configuration: The standard setup includes 2 fixed wheels and 2 swivel wheels with brakes. Thanks to in-house production, we can implement any configuration — all swivel wheels, no brakes, or brakes on every wheel.
